Conditions for Receiving the Contribution:
- Insured persons over the age of 18 must have completed a preventive check-up with a general practitioner (dated after January 1, 2022) before submitting the application.
- Proof of payment for dental hygiene services is required, and it must not be older than 3 months. Multiple documents can be combined to reach the contribution amount, with the deadline based on the most recent document.
What is Not Covered by the Contribution?
- Oral hygiene procedures performed by your dentist that are covered by health insurance.
- Any procedures, treatments, products, and materials used during a visit to the dentist.
- Purchase of oral hygiene products such as toothbrushes, interdental brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.
- In-office teeth whitening.
How to Apply
- After registering on the insurance company’s website, you can submit your claim online via E-communication.
- Applications are accepted until December 31, 2024.
Contribution Payment
- Payment will be made cashless to the bank account provided on the application form.
